An episode with Stewart Roberts, author of Visibility - Playing to Win the Game of Life Stu got what he wanted early in life with a successful business, dream home, beautiful wife and great kids. But soon depression and anger crept into the home and he was headed for divorce with two toddlers at home. He was failing in his marriage, failing in his mental and physical health and his wife was done. As his wife filed for divorce Stu decided to turn his life around embarking on a journey of personal growth, as he shifted his focus to the important things in life. The result was that he was able to rebuild his marriage and turned his health, mindset and life around.
